Each invoice now has a "Rate Your Order" button, so customers are asked the day their soup arrives. Catch-up for anyone not invoiced in the app: Admin → Ratings.
Use Recapture → Send… on the 💌 Re-engage tab: it shows how many will be emailed first, keeps email for order confirmations, and tracks who comes back. To send one person the WELCOMEBACK code, use their button in the Re-engagement List.
Customers get a "Rate Your Order" button in their invoice. This catch-up emails this week's customers who haven't been asked yet (for example, orders not invoiced in the app). It never asks anyone twice.
Set vacation dates to freeze streaks automatically and display the advance notice banner. Leave blank to disable.
Override the normal Friday 7 PM cutoff for a holiday or special delivery week. Clears automatically after the deadline passes.
